The stories of happy days

This reading file, “the stories of happy days”, includes around forty stories divided into around a hundred chapters for daily reading by pupils of CE1, CE2 or even CM. Each story is accompanied by a question sheet to check the children's understanding, an answer key and a summary to facilitate the teacher's work. It is a photocopiable file, usable over a long period of time and presented in a binder in plastic sleeves. The stories carry Christian values, some are drawn from the world of children, others are adaptations of biblical stories. The author is Mathée Rindel, an experienced primary school teacher who has spent 45 years in the classroom. She was also founder with her husband Alain and director of the Timothée school in Fontenay-sous-Bois. She is currently an educational advisor for the Mathurin Cordier Network and continues to charm young and old with her stories! The drawings are creations of Patrick Zumello, graphic illustrator.
