1. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

The availability of the items offered is indicated on our site. If one or more of the ordered items become unavailable, we undertake to inform the customer by email.

2. PRIX

The prices of the items are displayed in Euro including tax, excluding packaging and postage costs.

3. REGULATIONS

Payment for purchases is made:

• By credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard). Your card data is not communicated to us. The data is processed only by our bank (entry secured by SSL encryption).

• By check clearable in France denominated in Euros and made payable toROC Association. Your order will only be processed upon receipt of the duly completed and signed check.
• In cash if purchased on the Editions website.

5. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

All goods remain the property of the seller until full payment (France: law n° 80.335 of 12.5.1980).

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption, the Buyer who changes his mind can exercise a right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. No penalty fees are applied, only the return costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer. The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:

• either send a registered letter,
• either fill a return request on our site,

Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back.

7. PRODUCT RETURN

In the event of defective or non-compliant delivery with the order, the Buyer must open a return request and reship the package in its original packaging, at the expense of the Seller. Please indicate in the comments of the form if you are requesting the cancellation of the order or the exchange of the product.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

These general conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute or complaint, the buyer will contact the seller as a priority to obtain an amicable solution.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

All the data you entrust to us is in order to be able to process your orders.
Under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the seller's right to rectify, consult, modify and delete the data you have communicated to us.

10. DISPUTES

Any order placed through the Seller's website implies the Buyer's acceptance, without any restrictions, of the Seller's General Conditions of Sale. Only the court at the head office of Éditions Mathurin Cordier has jurisdiction.
